Executive Council Resolution prior to
70th General Convention (1991)
of the Episcopal Church, USA

The 70th General Convention of the Episcopal Church, USA met in Phoenix, AZ, in July 1991. Prior to the General Convention, the Executive Council passed the following Resolution:

Challenge to Use Recycled Paper at General Convention

Executive Council resolution: EXC061990.34

Resolved, That the Executive Council, at its June 11-15, 1990 meeting in Fresno, California, challenge the Committees and Commissions, as well as the General Convention Office, to use recycled paper and to be conscious of the environmental impact in the use of paper products and other materials at the General Convention in Phoenix, and at all subsequent General Conventions.

Members come from around the Episcopal Church USA. The activities of the EpEN are focused on the areas of Reflection, Education, and Action.
