Green Team Frequently Asked Questions

How do I measure the efficacy of our Green Team?

  • Are you accomplishing the goals you have set for yourselves?
  • Are you meeting regularly (even if only once per month)?
  • Do you have a sense of community commitment?
  • If your goals are proving elusive, are you able as a group to set new goals and to analyse what went wrong without blame or despair?
  • Are you able to bring new leadership into your group and avoid becoming a clique?

Those are all excellent ways of measuring efficacy.
