Green Team Frequently
Asked Questions
Why is it important to have a Green
Team?
|
|
It's important
to have support and community in this kind of work. If
you just go it alone, you're going to get burned out. A group
shows decision-makers that there's a real constituency for
change, and you can divide the tasks rather than trying
to do it all yourself. Without a core group advocating for change
over the long haul, change just isn't going to happen.
